Anaerobic Culture Jar of 3.5 lit is Transparent. capacity which is made of Polycarbonate. The lid of the jar is made of Aluminium Pressure die casting fitted with Pressure valve, Vacuum valve, Safety valve & Compound Pressure cum vaccum gauge, three finger aluminium clamp and sealing "O" ring and Air/Gas chuck

 This is recommended only where inside condition of air of jar is removed thru vacuum pump and CO2 is filled in the jar thru CO2 gas cylinder to generate anaerobic conducting in the jar.

Also Supplied with Plain aluminium Pressure die casted lid which can be fitted when readymade gas packs are used to generate the anaerobic conditions inside the jar.

Inner chamber measuring 45 x 71 x 45 cm. made of stainless steel sheet. A full view inner glass door is provided along with outer double walled door provided with magnetic gasket. Inlet nozzle for Carbon Dioxide or Air mixture is also provided. Temperature range 5°C above ambient to 60°C ± 2°C. Complete with pressure gauge, inlet/outlet of air/gas, cord plug etc. Workable on 220V AC 50Hz single phase.

Test Procedure

Take test tube fill water sample to be tested upto 5 ml. Mark.

Add 1 to 2 drop of O-Toludine solution into the sample with the help of dropper.

Shake well and keep the tube for ten minutes to develop the colour. Compare the developed colour with Choloroscope

As soon as colour is developed match the colour by inserting the tube in 1st or 2nd or 3rd hole and examine from colour standard and note down the reading of same from PPM scale marked in front of chloroscope.

When testing is completed, pour out the sample, clean the tube with fresh water and with the help of cleaning brush.
