Air Shower

Air shower is an enclosed chamber where clean air Jets Shower at the person/material at velocity between 6000 to 8000FPM and remove contaminants entry and exit. Doors are locked condition during shower cycle and are interlocked at other times
Air Showers are self contained chambers installed at entrances to cleanrooms and other controlled environments. They minimize particulate matter entering or exiting the clean space. Personnel and materials entering or exiting the controlled environment are scrubbed by high velocity HEPA-filtered air jets with velocities of 20-22m/s (4000-4300fpm). Contaminated air is then drawn through the base within the unit, filtered and recirculated.
Cleanroom Applications: The greatest source of particulate contamination in a cleanroom is the operator . Air showers are installed between change areas and the cleanroom. The air shower enhances cleanroom operating protocol by serving as a reminder to all operators that they are entering a controlled environment. Personnel therefore develop the habit of gowning up properly before entering the air shower .

Blood Bank Refrigerator

A highly efficient refrigeration system consists of hermetically sealed compressor, for high performance cooling coil runs all around the cabinet to maintain uniformity of temperature.
The entire refrigeration unit is housed at bottom. Two doors are provided. Inner door is of transparent acrylic sheet for easy viewing inside the chamber. Outer door is duly insulated for proper sealing from external environment and is lockable. 
Standard double walled construction, inner chamber made of stainless steel sheet, outer made of thick mild steel sheet powder coated paint  and gap filled with glass wool for temp. Insulation. Complete with face lifting door having locking arrangement. Also having a transparent plexiglass door. Internal cabinet lighting is provided by lamp which is illuminated whenever door is open. 
Temperature is maintained by a digital temp. Controller-cum-indicator within 4°C – 6°C and trigger audio-visual alarm in case of temp. Fluctuations. A door operation alarm is also provided along with power failure alarm as a safety device. Drawers have been provided to hold blood bottles or bags. A sealed compressor unit and cooling coil running throughout the chamber for thermal uniformity. It works on 220V AC 50Hz single phase. Whole unit is fitted with castor wheels for ease of mobility.

LCD display shows following parameters at a time: The blood collection monitor provides homogeneous mixing with anticoagulant but without the clot formation of blood cells during collection of blood from a donor. Preset standard volume is easy to change in blood collection monitor. Provision of pausing collection and change programmed volume during pause is also provided in blood collection monitor. Accurate has provided its blood collection monitor with micro-controller based program. Blood collection monitor has display facility of weight and volume and the volume can be set from 1ml to 600ml. These blood collection monitor also have audio-visual alarm. The blood collection monitor also has a motor activated pinching at the end of collection. Other features of blood collection monitor are auto tare facility and flow rate indicator.
